We dispatch from our warehouse in Tydd Gote, near Wisbech, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery charges are worked out from the total weight of your order, and you see the exact charge at checkout before you pay.

Pallets, IBCs and equipment weighing over 100kg are sent by UK pallet network at £149, or can be collected free of charge from our premises at Unit 1 Main Road, Tydd Gote, Wisbech, PE13 5QD. This service is UK only.

Pallets, IBCs and machines over 100kg are a UK only service and are not available for international delivery.
Import duty and local taxes
International orders do not include import duty, local VAT or sales tax. These are set by your own government and are payable to the courier on delivery, sometimes with a handling fee. You are the importer.
Chemicals and courier restrictions
Our chemicals are dispatched with the correct CLP labelling and, where required, the correct transport documentation. Some products cannot be sent by air, which can affect delivery time and destination for certain international orders. Contact us before ordering large quantities of concentrate for international delivery if you are unsure.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your parcel or pallet when it arrives. If it is damaged, write that on the delivery note or tell the driver, and email us photos within 48 hours. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us and we will chase it.
